Library of Souls (MPHFPC book three) book cover

Obviously, seeing the cover for this book is exciting. For starters, I really wanted it to match and be just as creepy as the other covers. And, I am not sure for how long the cover for  Library of Souls has been released, but I just discovered it, and I must say, it does live up to my expectations-

Oh wow. who is this boy? Why does he have wings? Is he some sort of ymbryne who can keep human form but has wings too? I DON'T KNOW.
